Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies and similar technologies we use on zelmanto.com, why we use them and how you can control them. It is designed to be understood without a legal dictionary.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device so it can remember information — for example, the language you chose. There are also similar technologies such as pixels, local storage and SDKs. Everything in this document applies to them.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary: they keep the platform working (session, security). Functional: they remember your preferences, such as language. Analytics: they help us understand aggregated usage. Advertising: they measure the performance of Google Ads campaigns and, only with your consent, personalise them.
3. Google Consent Mode v2
We implement Google Consent Mode v2. That means Google's tags run only in a way consistent with your choice. Until you accept, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage are set to denied. When you accept, those signals are updated in real time and we push a cookie_consent_update event to the dataLayer. This lets us keep working with Google Ads without tracking anyone who has not agreed.
4. How to change your choice
You can review or change your preferences whenever you like by clicking the "Manage cookies" button that appears at the bottom of this page, or by clearing the site data in your browser to make the banner reappear.
5. Retention
Session cookies are removed when you close the browser. Persistent cookies remain for a maximum of 13 months, after which we ask for your consent again.
6. Contact
Any question about our use of cookies can be sent to privacidad@zelmanto.com and we will answer as quickly as we can.
