At Zelmanto Inversiones Colectivas S.R.L. we treat every piece of personal information as an asset that belongs to you. This document explains — in plain language — what we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices you have at any moment.

2. What data we handle
We handle identifying data (name, email, phone), navigation data (IP, device, pages visited), consent data (cookie choices) and, only if you decide to open an investor account, tax and banking data required by Bolivian regulations. We never buy databases from third parties.
3. Why we handle it
We use your data to answer your enquiries, to prevent fraud, to comply with Law 164 and the ASFI framework, and — only if you have given us consent — to send you occasional updates about new projects. We never take automated decisions with legal effects on you without a human review.
4. Legal grounds
The processing of your data is based, depending on the case, on your explicit consent, on the need to answer your requests, on our legitimate interest to protect the platform and on the specific obligations set by Bolivian law and ASFI regulations.
5. Storage and security
Data is hosted in servers located in Bolivia and in the European Union with contractual guarantees. We use encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls and periodic security audits. Data is retained only for the time strictly needed to fulfil the purposes described.
6. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with providers strictly necessary to deliver our service (cloud infrastructure, transactional emails, KYC verification and payments) under confidentiality agreements. We do not sell personal data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, oppose and port your data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time. Simply write to privacidad@zelmanto.com and we will respond within a maximum of 15 business days.
8. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy when we introduce meaningful changes. If they are significant, we will let you know via email or on your dashboard before they come into effect.
